Job Title: Inline Quality Control (QC) Executive

Bike & License: Mandatory (Field travel required)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Inline QC Executive to monitor and ensure product quality during the production process. The role requires frequent movement across units/vendors, making it a field-intensive position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inline quality checks during production to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Identify defects and take immediate corrective actions on the shop floor
• Coordinate with production teams and vendors to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with company quality guidelines and SOPs
• Maintain reports on inspections, defects, and corrective measures
• Monitor workmanship, measurements, and finishing of products
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in Inline QC / Quality Assurance (preferably in manufacturing/garments production)
• Education: Minimum Graduate / Diploma in relevant field
• Bike & License: Mandatory (Field travel required)
• Strong understanding of quality control processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple vendors/units

Preferred Skills:

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection tools

Other Details:

• Field-based role involving regular travel
• Candidate should be comfortable working on-site with vendors/production unit
