Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Sell Prospects: Drive business growth by actively sourcing and identifying new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing, and other methods.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Create and manage a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the status of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
- Order Processing: Process customer purchase orders.
- Product Advisory: Advise customers on suitable product selections based on their needs and specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up on Inquiries: Respond promptly to sales inquiries made through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the tea industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
