Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying clients' insurance needs and offering tailored solutions across life, health, motor, property, and other insurance products. You will play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most while meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, motor, property, etc.)
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other methods.
Present and explain insurance policies and options to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Process applications, renewals, and amendments.
Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an insurance advisor, agent, or relevant sales role (preferred).
Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulatory bodies (e.g. IRDAI license in India).
