Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales and recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for building a strong team of advisors and driving business growth through effective leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Identify and hire a team of motivated Business Associates/Insurance Advisors.
- Team Leadership: Provide daily training, mentorship, and motivation to your team to achieve sales targets.
- Business Development: Guide the team in lead generation and closing insurance sales.
- Training: Educate the team on various insurance products, including Life, Health, FD.
Requirements:
Proven experience in team handling and recruitment (Insurance/Finance sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team expansion.
