### **Key Responsibilities**

 * **Lead Generation:** Connect with potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and personal networking.

 * **Product Consulting:** Explain the benefits of life insurance and help clients choose the best plans for their families.

 * **Goal Achievement:** Meet monthly sales targets to unlock "Infinity" incentive slabs.

 * **Documentation:** Assist clients with the application process and ensure all KYC documents are collected accurately.

 * **Customer Support:** Provide timely updates to policyholders and assist with renewals.

### **Eligibility Criteria**

 * **Education:** Minimum **12th Pass (Higher Secondary)**. Undergraduates and Graduates are also welcome to apply.

 * **Experience:** Freshers are encouraged to apply! Previous experience in sales, marketing, or collections is a plus.

 * **Skills:**

  * Basic communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.

  * A positive attitude and a strong desire to earn money.

  * Confidence in meeting new people and explaining products.

 * **Requirements:** Must have a valid Aadhaar card and Pan card.
