Job Summary:

Conceptual Design is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept development through execution. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality interior spaces that meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare mood boards, space plans, layouts, and design presentations.
• Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design quality.
• Prepare project documentation, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in interior design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, color theory, and furniture design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
