Job Description

Position: B2B International Sales Executive

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Week Offs: 2 Fixed Week Offs

Salary: Depends on Last Drawn Salary + Incentives up to ₹20,000

Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Outbound International Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an International Sales Process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with international clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle outbound sales calls to international clients
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain sales records
  • Handle customer queries professionally
  • Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Sales Process
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Comfortable working in Night Shift
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
