📢 Hiring Call Centre Agents – Telephonic Survey Process

We are looking for Call Centre Agents for a simple telephonic survey process. The job involves calling customers and asking a few basic survey questions. No complicated work and script will be provided.

1. Process: Telephonic Surveys
2. Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹18,000 per month
3. Shift Timings:

• 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Location: Ruby – Naskarhat, Kolkata (Strictly work from office)

Requirements:

• Basic English communication

• Comfortable speaking with customers on calls

• Basic computer knowledge

• Freshers and experienced agents both can apply

Job Role:

• Call customers and ask simple survey questions

• Follow the provided script

• Record responses correctly in the system
