Job Description
Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the diagnostic laboratory.
Ensure accurate sample processing, quality control, and timely report generation.
Handle laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory management.
Lead and train junior technicians while maintaining laboratory discipline and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, biomedical waste management, and diagnostic standards.
