URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR CAFE

Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Handle cash transactions, billing, and payment processing accurately.

Maintain cash register records and prepare daily sales reports.

Supervise café staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.

Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

Oversee opening and closing procedures of the café.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.

Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and training of new employees.

Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders when required.

Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to increase revenue.

Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and special requests professionally.

Ensure proper maintenance of café equipment and facilities.

Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.

Cash handling and POS system operation
