Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive with a strong background in the aluminium fenestration industry. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, and façade systems, along with an established network in the real estate and construction sector.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with developers and architects, and securing projects for aluminium fenestration works.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, façades, and related products.
• Visit under-construction residential, commercial, and industrial projects to identify upcoming requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, promoters, architects, consultants, contractors, and project management companies.
• Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients and consultants.

Sales & Marketing

• Promote the company's aluminium fenestration products and services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical and estimation teams to prepare quotations.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor upcoming construction projects and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain a database of developers, architects, contractors, and ongoing projects.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
• Provide regular reports on leads, client meetings, project status, and sales forecasts.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or business development within the aluminium fenestration, façade, glazing, or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, façades, glazing systems, and related products.
• Good understanding of the real estate and construction market.
• Existing network with developers, builders, promoters, architects, consultants, and contractors is highly preferred.
• Ability to identify under-construction projects and generate business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience working with aluminium system companies, façade contractors, or fenestration manufacturers.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and construction processes.
• Knowledge of estimation, tendering, and project coordination will be an added advantage.
