Job Description

  • Visit assigned retail outlets (kirana stores, supermarkets, restaurants, bars) on a daily basis
  • Ensure proper product visibility and shelf placement as per company standards
  • Set up and maintain displays, coolers, and promotional materials
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with distributors for timely replenishment
  • Ensure zero stock-out situations in assigned territory
  • Check product expiry dates and quality regularly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and shop owners
  • Negotiate for better shelf space and display opportunities
  • Execute company promotions, offers, and marketing campaigns at outlet level
  • Track competitor activities and report market insights
