📢 We’re Hiring | MIS Executive – Finance & Accounts

Kisah is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team.

📍 Experience: 2–5 Years

📍 Location: Kolkata

📍 Preferred Industry: Retail / E-commerce / D2C / Fashion

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports

• Handle large sets of financial and operational data

• Create financial reports, dashboards & trackers for management review

• Work closely with Finance & Accounts teams for data accuracy and reporting

• Analyse business numbers and highlight key insights / variances

• Support budgeting, reconciliation and performance reporting activities

• Ensure timely and accurate report generation

What We Are Looking For:

✔ Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, MIS Reporting)

✔ Good understanding of financial data and reporting

✔ Analytical mindset with attention to detail

✔ Ability to manage large data sets efficiently

✔ Good communication and coordination skills

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Tally / ERP systems

• Experience with financial dashboards and reporting tools

• Basic understanding of accounting processes
