Job Description – MIS Executive

 Job Summary:

 We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, generate reports, and support business operations through accurate analysis and reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Excel and data management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
•  Maintain and update databases with accurate information
•  Analyze business data and provide actionable insights
• Create dashboards and performance trackers
•  Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
•  Coordinate with different departments for data collection
•  Generate reports using Excel, SQL, or ERP systems
•  Identify process improvements and automate reports where possible

Required Skills:

 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills

 Attention to detail and accuracy

 Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage

 Good communication and coordination skills

 Qualification:

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field
