NDR & Delivery Operations Executive

PRDGY is a fast-growing streetwear brand focused on quality, speed, and customer experience. Since we operate on a made-to-order model, efficient shipment handling and delivery management are critical to our operations. We are looking for a dedicated NDR Management Executive to ensure smooth order deliveries and reduce shipment failures.

Position Overview

The NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Management Executive will be responsible for handling all failed delivery cases, coordinating with courier partners, communicating with customers, and ensuring maximum successful deliveries. The role requires strong communication skills, operational discipline, and quick problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily NDR cases across courier platforms.
• Contact customers regarding failed delivery attempts and confirm delivery availability.
• Coordinate with courier partners for reattempts, address corrections, and escalations.
• Reduce RTO (Return to Origin) percentage by resolving delivery issues efficiently.
• Update customer responses and shipment remarks accurately in systems.
• Track delayed shipments and take immediate action for resolution.
• Coordinate with internal operations and customer support teams.
• Maintain daily NDR reports and performance tracking.
• Identify recurring delivery issues and suggest operational improvements.
• Ensure all customer communication is professional and brand-aligned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in NDR handling, logistics, e-commerce operations, or customer support is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Bengali is a plus.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage large volumes of shipment cases daily.
• Familiarity with courier panels such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc. is preferred.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge required.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
