Job Title:

Admin Executive (Real Estate Background Preferred)

Reports to:

Director

Job Summary:

The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations with a strong focus on candidates having experience in the real estate sector. The role includes documentation, coordination, vendor handling, and supporting business operations with structured administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.

·       Handle real estate documentation such as agreements, lease papers, and contracts.

·       Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and site teams.

·       Maintain records of property documents and office files.

·       Assist management in property-related administrative work.

·       Manage office inventory and assets.

·       Handle calls, emails, and client interactions.

·       Prepare MIS reports and maintain data records.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

·       Graduate in any discipline (Administration / Management preferred)

·       1–4 years of experience in administration with real estate exposure (mandatory)

·       Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

·       Good communication skills in English & Hindi

·       Understanding of real estate documentation

·       Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Working Hours:

Standard office hours with flexibility as per requirement.

Salary:

As per industry standards

Additional Criteria:

·       Open Positions: 2 (1 Female & 1 Male)

·       Age Criteria: 27-40 years
