Job Description
💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive LMS & Operations Executive to manage and streamline our loan operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to NBFC operations, system management, and branch expansion.
You will work closely with management and play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of loan processes and operational efficiency.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the Loan Management System (LMS)
- Ensure accurate loan entries, disbursements, and repayments
- Monitor branch-level data and identify discrepancies
- Coordinate with the technical/software team for system issues
- Maintain MIS reports and dashboards in Excel
- Train branch staff on LMS and operational processes
- Assist in new branch setup (system + operational workflow)
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation
Technical Skills
- Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
- Understanding of financial transactions & data handling
- Familiarity with Loan Management Systems (preferred, not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of NBFC operations / Gold Loan process
Core Skills
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- High attention to detail (very important for this role)
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to identify errors and mismatches quickly
- Good communication skills (for staff coordination & training)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle responsibility

🎓 Eligibility
Graduate (B.Com preferred)
1–2 years experience (Finance/NBFC/CA firm/Fintech preferred)
Freshers with strong skills can also be considered
