🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging lectures and activities on public speaking, body language, and voice modulation.
• Professional Grooming: Teach business etiquette, physical presentation, and workplace professionalism to boost student confidence.
• Placement Preparation: Guide students through mock interviews, group discussions, and portfolio creation for campus placement success.
• Behavioral Development: Facilitate lessons on vital soft skills including time management, emotional resilience, stress relief, and teamwork.
• Curriculum Design: Create and update training content, worksheets, and online learning modules tailored to specific student demographics.
• Mentorship: Provide individual counseling on communication barriers, accent neutralization, and specific behavioral weaknesses.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or Education. (Higher education institutes or universities may strictly require a Postgraduate degree or UGC NET certification).
• Experience: Typically 2–8 years of training experience in educational institutions, EdTech companies, or corporate learning and development environments. [1, 2]
