Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging classroom environment

Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children

Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking

Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents

Maintain classroom discipline with a positive and caring approach

Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline

Certification or training in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is mandatory

Freshers with relevant training are encouraged to apply

Prior teaching experience in a preschool or similar setting is an advantage
