Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement for the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, experience in negotiating prices and terms, and expertise in vendor onboarding and procurement processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and related services.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors/suppliers as per company requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
• Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Track orders and ensure materials are delivered as per schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain vendor records, procurement documentation, and purchase reports.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Mandatory: 2–3 years of experience as a Purchase Executive, preferably in the construction industry.

• Vendor Negotiation
• Vendor Onboarding
• Purchase Order Management
• Rate Comparison & Cost Analysis
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase Management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in procuring construction materials such as cement, steel, electrical items, plumbing materials, hardware, and finishing products.
• Strong analytical and vendor management skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
