Job Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist
Location: KOLKATA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Flexible timings
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Executive / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors
- Maintain records, files, and office supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to handle pressure and remain calm
- Basic knowledge of office management systems
Salary: 15000 - 30000
