Position: Recovery Advisor
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Minimum 1 Year Experience in Collection, Recovery, Field Sales, Banking, Finance, Telecom, or Customer Handling Preferred
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Joining: Immediate
Job Responsibilities
Visit customers for outstanding payment collections.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts and pending bills.
Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely recovery of dues.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer payment-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Minimum 12th Pass
✅ Minimum 1 Year Experience in Recovery, Collection, Field Sales, or Customer Service Preferred
✅ Two-Wheeler Mandatory
✅ Valid Driving License Mandatory
✅ Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
✅ Target-Oriented and Self-Motivated
