Hiring Alert | Recruiter / Senior Recruiter – Garment Manufacturing & Blue-Collar Hiring 

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to support large-scale hiring initiatives in the Garment Manufacturing Industry.

📍 Location: Cuttack, Odisha or #Remote

💼 Experience: 3–7 Years

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and manufacturing roles

✔ Source blue-collar workforce including sewing operators, technicians, helpers, and plant staff

✔ Drive bulk hiring through local networks, referrals, ITIs, job portals, and field sourcing

✔ Organize walk-in drives, local hiring campaigns, and campus engagements

✔ Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with stakeholders

✔ Build strong talent pipelines for volume hiring requirements

✔ Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring dashboards

✅ Requirements:

3–7 years of experience in garment manufacturing, factory hiring, or blue-collar recruitment (Mandatory)

Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring

Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple recruitment channels

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
