Job Description
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities📅 Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- 📞 Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback
- 🧑💼 Support recruiters throughout the hiring lifecycle
- 📝 Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records
- 📊 Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics
- 🤝 Ensure an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding
- 📧 Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- 🔍 Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate shortlisting
- 🎉 Coordinate onboarding documentation and joining formalities
