Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter for Domestic BPO volume hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination with operations, and maintaining hiring MIS. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring for voice and non-voice processes with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic BPO hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, and job drives.
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with Operations and Hiring Managers.
- Manage daily walk-ins and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring MIS.
- Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and onboarding.
- Ensure proper usage and updates in HRMS/ATS platforms like Zimyo.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements.
- Coordinate with operations teams for manpower planning and hiring priorities.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment TAT and process compliance.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in Domestic BPO volume hiring preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment channels.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in bulk hiring for voice process/non-voice process.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hiring environment.
