Job Description – HR Recruiter (Domestic BPO Volume Hiring)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter for Domestic BPO volume hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination with operations, and maintaining hiring MIS. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring for voice and non-voice processes with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic BPO hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, and job drives.
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with Operations and Hiring Managers.
• Manage daily walk-ins and ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring MIS.
• Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and onboarding.
• Ensure proper usage and updates in HRMS/ATS platforms like Zimyo.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements.
• Coordinate with operations teams for manpower planning and hiring priorities.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment TAT and process compliance.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience in Domestic BPO volume hiring preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
• Knowledge of job portals and recruitment channels.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in bulk hiring for voice process/non-voice process.
