Job Title: Recruitment Manager

Location: Behala Branch, Willow Tower, Kolkata

Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Manager to drive hiring and build a strong advisor network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit quality insurance advisors
  • Conduct interviews and onboarding processes
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Drive recruitment targets and team growth
  • Coordinate training and activation of new hires

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of recruitment/sales experience
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Target-driven and result-oriented
