Relationship Officer

• Main Job Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain good relationships with existing donors and supporters.
• Contact new donors, sponsors, schools, colleges, or corporate companies for fundraising and partnerships.
• Coordinate with students, volunteers, and beneficiaries regarding NGO activities.
• Explain the foundation’s programs, campaigns, and social initiatives to people.
• Handle calls, emails, follow-ups, and meetings with clients/supporters.
• Organize awareness programs, events, and campaigns.
• Prepare reports and update records of donations, activities, and communications.
• Help in achieving fundraising or outreach targets.
• Support social media or promotional activities if required.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Reporting).
