Job Description

We are hiring a professional and experienced Restaurant Captain for our vibrant restaurant.

🍽️ Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Overtime + Incentives + Tips

  • 📌 Requirements: Only experienced candidates (minimum 2 years)
  • Good communication and team management skills
  • Age: 21 – 40 preferred

👨‍💼 Job Role: Greet guests, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely food delivery
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance
  • Assist in training and guiding junior staff
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with management as needed
