Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online with product selection and styling guidance

• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products

• Maintain strong product knowledge of collections, fabrics, and pricing

• Handle billing, order processing, and basic inventory coordination

• Manage customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms

• Ensure store presentation is clean, organized, and visually appealing

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English (spoken is a must)

• Smart, confident, and presentable personality

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency (billing software, Excel, WhatsApp, social media)

• Prior experience in retail/fashion sales is preferred (but not mandatory)

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
