Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Financial Services

Location: [kolkata]

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: 400000 -500000 lakh per annum

Key Responsibilities

· Acquire new clients through proactive sales and marketing efforts

· Promote and sell financial products including:

o Mutual Funds

o PMS (Portfolio Management Services)

o Insurance (Life & General)

o Equity & Trading Accounts

o Financial Planning Services

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investment discussions

· Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment strategies

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and servicing

· Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing within financial services

· Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Equity, Insurance, and Financial Planning

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets

· Ability to build and maintain client relationships

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

· Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products

Preferred Qualifications

· Certifications such as NISM, IRDA, or AMFI (preferred but not mandatory)

· Existing client base or network will be an added advantage
