Job Description
Location: New Town, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Salary: 15,000 – 35,000 + Attractive Incentives

About Us Affix Digital Marketing Institute is one of the fastest-growing digital marketing training institutes. We provide live online training programs in Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Sales, and Business Growth.
Our programs range from ₹40,000 to ₹1,00,000, with 2 months of live training and 10 months of dedicated support and mentorship for students.
Job RoleWe are looking for highly motivated Sales Executives / Academic Counselors who can convert interested leads into paid students.
Important: Lead generation is not required. The company will provide qualified leads daily. Your responsibility is to counsel prospects, explain the program benefits, and close sales.
- Responsibilities Call and follow up with company-provided leads.
- Understand the prospect's goals and requirements.
- Explain our training programs and mentorship model.
- Conduct Zoom/Google Meet counseling sessions when required.
- Handle objections and close enrollments.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the support team for student onboarding.

- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication preferred.
