Location: Kolkata (Bansdroni & surrounding areas)

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Days: 6 days/week (1 weekly off)

Working Hours: Flexible, field-based

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month + Expenses (travel/expense allowance)

Role Overview We're looking for a field-based Sales Executive to manage and grow our retail and distributor network across Kolkata. The role involves daily visits to existing shops for order-booking, plus identifying new retail outlets to expand our market presence.

• Key Responsibilities - Visit assigned kirana stores, general stores, and wholesalers daily to take orders and maintain relationships
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets/distributors in uncovered areas
• Carry and explain the product & price list to shopkeepers; handle basic price negotiation within set limits
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues as required
• Report daily visits, orders, and collections to the office (via WhatsApp/call)
• Share market feedback — competitor pricing, new shop opportunities, slow-moving SKUs
• Maintain basic records of shops visited, orders taken, and cash handled
• Requirements Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Smartphone with WhatsApp for daily reporting
• Basic reading/writing ability (Bengali/Hindi/English) for order slips
• Comfortable with daily field movement across Kolkata, 6 days a week
• Honest and reliable with cash handling
• Preferred (Not Mandatory)Prior experience in FMCG/snacks/namkeen sales or distribution
• Existing relationships with local kirana stores or distributors
• Familiarity with specific Kolkata neighborhoods/markets
• Compensation & Benefits₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month (based on experience)
• Khracha (fuel/travel allowance) paid separately
• Possible extension and performance-based incentives after the initial trial period
