Job Description
A Sales Manager at SBI Life Insurance is mainly responsible for driving insurance sales, managing a sales team or advisors, and achieving business targets through customer acquisition and relationship management.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate insurance advisors / agents.
- Generate leads through customer references, bank branches, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Conduct sales meetings and product presentations
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
- Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI policies
- Support customers with policy-related queries and after-sales service
