Job Summary The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets organizational goals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance using KPIs and sales reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Train new and existing team members on products, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complex sales-related issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and a positive work environment within the team.
- Required QualificationsHS ,Bachelor's degree OR Any Higher qualification .
- Fresher OR experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- FRESHER OR Experience in telesales, field sales, BPO, recruitment, or service-based industries is an advantage.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
