Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant (ROC Compliance) to manage ROC filings, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate compliance, taxation, and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• ROC filings, annual returns & compliance documentation

• Handling Companies Act compliances

• Maintaining statutory registers & records

• GST, TDS, PF, ESI & other statutory compliance

• Financial statements, MIS reporting & reconciliations

• Audit coordination & finalization of accounts

• Ensuring timely compliance submissions

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

• 3–6 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of ROC compliance & taxation

• Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel

• Good analytical & communication skills
