Senior Accountant & Tender Executive

Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.

Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.

Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and resolve audit queries.

Monitor fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory accounting.

Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work.

Assist in finalization of annual accounts and tax audits.

Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Ensure proper documentation and implementation of internal financial controls.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GeM Portal Executive to manage all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tender participation, bid submission, catalogue creation, product listing, and vendor account management. The role requires a strong understanding of government procurement processes and excellent documentation skills.
