🌐 Job Title: SEO Team Leader
📍 Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
🕐 Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🔍 Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Team Leader with 7–8+ years of experience in SEO and proven expertise in handling teams and international client projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading SEO initiatives, driving organic growth, and managing high-performing teams.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO professionals
Develop and execute result-driven SEO strategies for international clients
Oversee On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
Monitor website performance and optimize campaigns using analytics tools
Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and Google algorithm updates

✅ Requirements
7–8+ years of total experience in SEO
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a Team Lead role
Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and team management abilities

Experience working with global clients/agencies
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
