Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Shipping & Dispatch Executive to manage our daily order fulfilment process. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate shipment of all orders through Shiprocket.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and ship all daily orders using Shiprocket
• Ensure correct packaging, labelling, and dispatch of products
• Coordinate with courier partners for smooth pickups and deliveries
• Monitor shipment tracking and update order status regularly
• Handle any shipping-related issues, delays, or discrepancies
• Maintain records of dispatched orders and inventory movement
• Ensure all orders are shipped within the defined timeline (same/next day dispatch)

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers and order management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible and punctual with daily tasks.

Training:

• Proper training will be provided to help you understand the shipping process, tools, and workflow.
