Job Summary:

Sky-Blue Publication is hiring qualified Teaching Faculty members for preparing and developing question papers, assignments, and academic content for JEE and NEET students. The role is ideal for candidates with strong subject knowledge who can create high-quality competitive exam questions and study materials.

Candidates should have good understanding of JEE/NEET exam patterns, conceptual clarity, and the ability to prepare accurate and student-friendly academic content.

Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and academic background can also apply.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Prepare question papers for JEE and NEET examinations
• Create MCQs, assignments, mock tests, and practice papers
• Develop academic content and study materials
• Ensure accuracy and quality of questions and solutions
• Research and follow latest JEE/NEET exam patterns and syllabus
• Prepare detailed solutions and answer explanations
• Coordinate with the academic and editorial team
• Maintain confidentiality of academic content and papers
• Review and improve existing question banks

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:Post Graduate required
• Preferred Qualification: M.Sc
• Experience:Freshers can apply
• Experience in JEE/NEET coaching, teaching, or paper setting will be preferred
• Preferred Industry:Education / Coaching Institutes / Academic Publishing
• Skills Required:Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics
• Good understanding of JEE & NEET syllabus and exam patterns
• Ability to create high-quality MCQs and problem-solving questions
• Content writing and academic drafting skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge
• Language Requirements:Intermediate English communication required
• Bengali/Hindi communication preferred
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Passionate about academics and competitive exam preparation
• Strong analytical and conceptual understanding
• Ability to prepare error-free academic content
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Candidates residing in or near Kolkata preferred
