 Andwill Management Consultants is hiring a US Outbound Support Executives to join our US Education Outreach team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students in the United States, informing them about various educational courses and helping them take the next step in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Make outbound calls to prospective leads located in the US.
•  Provide detailed information regarding educational courses and enrollment benefits.
•  Engage potential students effectively to generate interest and qualify leads.
•  Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
•  Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets while maintaining high call quality.

Requirements

•  Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
•  Experience: Experience in International BPO is preferred, but motivated freshers with great communication skills are encouraged to apply.
•  Shift Readiness: Must be fully comfortable working the night shift to align with US time zones.
