Job Description
We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Inbound International Telecalling Executive to handle incoming calls from international customers. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally and courteously.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and processes.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and call quality.
- Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM/system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Follow company policies, communication guidelines, and compliance procedures.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
- Prior experience in international voice process/customer support is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate (as per company requirement).
- Preferred QualitiesCustomer-focused attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
