Telecaller Inbound

We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Inbound International Telecalling Executive to handle incoming calls from international customers. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally and courteously.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and processes.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and call quality.
• Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM/system.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Follow company policies, communication guidelines, and compliance procedures.
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
• Prior experience in international voice process/customer support is preferred.
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate (as per company requirement).
