Job OverviewWe are seeking a sales-oriented Real Estate Telecaller with excellent communication skills to generate, qualify, and convert property leads for UAE and Indian real estate markets. The role emphasizes quality conversations, structured follow-ups, and appointment-ready conversions.

  • Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to potential property buyers and investors
  • Pitch residential and commercial properties, primarily in the UAE
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, timeline, and property preferences
  • Conduct systematic follow-ups via phone and WhatsApp Business
  • Schedule site visits, virtual tours, and consultations with property advisors
  • Update lead status, notes, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM
  • Focus on conversion quality, not just call volume
  • Achieve defined KPIs related to calls, qualified leads, and follow-up effectiveness
  • Ethics & Brand Representation Represent the JSK brand with professionalism, transparency, and accuracy
  • Ensure ethical sales communication and correct property representation
  • Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
  • Experience in real estate telesales, outbound calling, or lead generation
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
  • Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business, call dialers, and lead sheets
  • Comfortable working with targets and incentive-driven sales environments
  • Preferred Candidate Profile Experience handling UAE or international real estate clients
  • Clear understanding of real estate sales funnels and buyer journeys
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and results-focused
  • Additional languages (Hindi, regional languages, Arabic) are a plus
  • Performance Expectations Consistently meet or exceed assigned KPIs
  • Maintain high lead quality and conversion ratios
  • Follow structured calling and follow-up processes
  • Demonstrate professional and persuasive client communication at all times
