Role OverviewA Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing business customers over phone calls, explaining IndiaMART’s products/services, and converting leads into paid clients or subscriptions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Explain IndiaMART subscription plans and business solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Convince customers to purchase premium services.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer information in CRM systems.
• Follow up on inquiries and pending payments.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills (Hindi + English usually preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure.
• Confidence in speaking with business owners.
