Job Description
About the RoleWe are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our Kolkata office. In this role, you will generate leads, connect with business owners, explain our product offerings, and drive conversions. You will play a crucial part in expanding our client base by converting free listings into paid and premium listings while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate appointments for Marketing Executives by calling businesses with free listings.
- Educate customers about Justdial’s products, services, and advertising benefits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business promotion solutions.
- Convert Free Listings into Paid and Premium Paid Listings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during calls.
- Candidate ProfileOpen to freshers and experienced candidates.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or Bengali.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Willing to work 6 days a week (Work from Office – Kolkata).
