Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive who can generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and help convert prospects into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills and should be comfortable speaking with business owners, brands, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads
• Explain company services including digital marketing, ecommerce growth, website development, branding, and advertising solutions
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups with interested prospects
• Maintain and update lead databases and daily call reports
• Build relationships with potential clients through regular communication
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to close business opportunities
• Handle client inquiries professionally via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image during all interactions

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Strong spoken English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred
• Confidence in handling sales conversations and objections
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce services
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and email communication

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in telecalling, sales, business development, or lead generation preferred

• Experience in digital marketing agency sales is a plus
