Telesales Executive

About the Role: Yoga & Happiness is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to help prospective students and clients choose the right yoga programs. You will connect with leads over phone calls and WhatsApp, explain our courses and services, follow up with enquiries, and convert them into admissions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Call prospective students and customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Yoga at Home, Online Yoga Classes, and other services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads.
• Convert enquiries into admissions and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations team for successful onboarding of students.
• Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, counselling, customer support, or inside sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory. Basic English communication is preferred.

Required Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Gmail).
• Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work under targets.
