🧾 Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Telesales Executive with proven experience in B2C sales to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, managing leads, and converting enquiries into course enrollments.

🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads generated through website, campaigns, and referrals

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable online courses
• Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective communication
• Maintain and update lead status in CRM / tracking system
• Handle customer queries related to courses, certification, and access
• Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure timely follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

👩‍💼 Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates preferred

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales / B2C sales (education / courses preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Bengali is an added advantage)
• Confident in handling customer conversations and closing sales
• Basic understanding of online courses / education sector is preferred
• Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions independently

⭐ Preferred SkillsExperience in selling online courses, training programs, or subscriptions

• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
