Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to students/parents from provided leads.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
  • Follow up with interested candidates via phone, WhatsApp.
  • Schedule counseling sessions, webinars, or campus visits with education counselors.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in Excel.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
  • Handle basic queries and transfer complex inquiries to academic counselors.
