Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client travel inquiries and provide suitable travel solutions based on their requirements.
Prepare customized travel itineraries for leisure, corporate, group, and special-interest travel.
- Manage tour costing, quotations, and package proposals while ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local partners for bookings and confirmations.
- Provide destination expertise, visa guidance, and travel-related information to clients.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and value-added services.
- Ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements and provide pre- and post-travel support.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline policies, and industry developments.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
