Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Travel Sales Executives (Tele Sales) who can handle travel leads over calls and convert inquiries into successful bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer travel needs and offer suitable holiday solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls for travel inquiries.
• Convert social media, website, Meta ads, and referral leads into bookings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, and travel benefits to clients.
• Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
• Regularly follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain customer records and lead updates in CRM/sheets.
• Coordinate with operations and suppliers for smooth booking execution.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Upsell add-on services like visa assistance, insurance, cruises, activities, and luxury stays.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Travel Sales / Customer Sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
• Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Comfortable working on calls and sales targets.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, CRM, and MS Office is preferred.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in holiday package sales or travel industry.
• Energetic, positive, and target-oriented personality.
